I ordered 2 items and not only were they discounted they came early and in the same week of my ordering even with the virus slowing them down. Also when it came it had uplifting notes and stickers that said “You’re Gorgeous” and etc. even the catalog book had a pop out note telling me how beautiful I am. This beats any website I’ve ever visited. I will continue ordering from here.

I have been using SHAPERMINT for about four or five years and I’m happy with the product and the sales and all of that however, I put an order in recently and it didn’t fit well so of course I sent it back, but I have had to go back and forth with the chat box for the last couple of weeks I don’t know why they ask you for your phone number when you have to go back-and-forth in the chat box! I work all day in the pharmacy, answering phones and the last thing I wanna do is go back and forth with someone in the chat box. They finally got my order straightened out, I hope.
They will make restitution for you. I would imagine if you had a lot of issues, or give you a coupon which is about half of what you paid which is good or sometimes they’ll tell you to keep the order and donate it which I think is very good business.
With the sizes you have to go with your gut and what feels best for you. This is why I had a problem with my order going by what is listed on the app. The best thing to do is go by how a product feels to you and that’s the size you need.

Bought 2 packs of 2 tummy toning underwear and waited 3 weeks, I get a package 2 pairs not 4 arrive and it’s a completely different brand and not shaping at all. Then I chat with customer service who didn’t seem like they understood anything I was saying even though I sent them my receipt and pictures of the items I received. After some time I was offered to have my order shipped because apparently item was oos before which is why they sent a “equivalent” again 2 instead of 4 underwear and not shaper so not sure how that’s equivalent in any regard. Now I’m waiting another 2+ weeks on that because the use DHL one of the most god awful slowest shipping companies to exist. Here I am about a month in, still no underwear yep won’t be ordering again.. I don’t enjoy complaining but seriously this company is plain incompetent.
